Eligibility
- Items must be requested for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be in the condition you received them, with original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@aegisscan.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

In most cases, no physical return is required. For low-cost items, we'll typically process your refund or send a replacement directly once we've verified the issue — you won't need to ship anything back. If a physical return is required for your specific order, we'll provide the return address directly by email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale (if any) are not eligible for return.
